Well...I am a happy customer that bought 4 Knee sleeves and several Wrist Sleeves.... and I am now wanting to buy more. Yes the price was too high ... but of the many products I have tried... the BamBusa sleeves have been the ONLY produsts that have worked for me. I feel badly for the customers that have had bad experiences... but I am one that is now at a loss to know HOW TO ORDER from BamBusa again. Can you give me any information about this Company...are they still in business? Does Bambusa have a Web address or email that I can contact? Please contact me at boydbiz4u@***.com. Thank you.

Company refuses refunds and blocks my phone number

A representative finally called me back on April 24. It was a different person and she was very nice and she issued me an RMA#.

I returned the product that very day and in two weeks I got my full refund minus the S&H.

I did have to pay to ship the product back to them.

I will not do business with them ever again or refer them. The were very pushy and they do not have a "No questions asked" policy.

The following is an email sent to the company. BAMBUSA, 4-17-2013 I have been trying to contact your customer service to initiate a return. They called back and we had a bad phone connection (I am not having any problems with my phone service) and she said she would call right back and hasn't yet. I called back and talked to the customer service rep.(with no phone problems). She talked me into trying the product for one more week and she PROMISED to call me on Wed. April 24, 2013 at 3:30. I waited 20 minutes then called Bambusa and they told me they would have her call me right back which she DID NOT. I then called back the purchase phone number and asked to speak to Dan. I was told again he would return my call in which he DID NOT. So I tried another time a little while later only to find my phone number has been blocked! BAMBUSA has stolen $129.90. From me and I cannot contact them to get my refund that I was promised! I have done everything they asked and they have NO REASON to NOT refund my money! BAMBUSA GARMENT RETURN POLICY Order#: xxxxxx Date of Purchase: 1 April 2013 Detail of what you wish to return and why: I wish to return the complete Super Circulation package (CircuWear). I have cold feet, (warm to the touch) and I wore 1 pair of socks for a week every night and could not tell any difference. After talking to the customer service rep I wore them for one more week day and night. I still could not tell they had done what they advertised to do. I called them after seeing an advertisement in the newspaper. No price was listed.

The telephone call was painful. I repeatedly asked for the price of the product, and they tried to extract personal information from me. Eventually I realized that they wanted $40 per pair, and they would only sell in packages of four. This is absurd.

Save your money, and buy compression hose on Amazon or your local Walgreens.

They are likely made in China for less than a nickel. What a ripoff.

I emailed Circuwear Customer Assistance after wearing one pair of the 3 pair package for about one week, but they did not respond. In the meantime, I have decided that the socks might really be helpful and want to keep them, but I don't think the company is being truthful in their return policy.

I saw Bambusa's ad in the Phila Daily News. I lost my left leg to blood clots and spend all my time in a wheelchair and also have carpal tunnel, which I cannot have surgery to correct due to clotting issues.

I read the ad and called for the socks and they offered me a whole package for $129.00. I'm on A fixed income and could never afford this. The salesman offered me one pair for $40.00, there is just no way I'm paying that amount for one pair of socks, so I declined and hung up. I must say he wasn't pushy or rude to me at all.

Then I just happened to google their name and found this complaint and boy did this teach me a valuable lesson.

Always google the company or product before calling to purchase a product. Thank you and I'm very happy to hear you received a refund, unfortunately after going through a tough time and run around :)

I just saw the BAMBUSA infomercial. Went to the web page to find out cost & possibly order.

First thing they want is all your personal contact info with no mention of keeping it confidential. No price indicated. Infomercial never tells cost either. Big RED FLAGS!

Fortunately I've learned (the hard way) when to be very careful. So glad you pushed to get your money. Think of all the people who didn't bother to fight because it wasn't worth the hassle. They count on that.

Also saw these reviewed as "Miracle Socks" on other sites. Two people said they immediately started getting phone solicitors, so you know your contact info is being sold to make even more money.

This complaint is spot on. If and when you can get someone on the phone, they tap dance and tell you they will call back: but never do.

Only thru threat of contact with FTC (they do business across state lines), and the Attorney Generals of the state; do they ever seem to want to do what is their advertised refund policy.

THE SOCKS THEY OFFER SEEM TO SATISFY SOME PEOPLE; HOWEVER WITHOUT ANY PROVEN TESTS, THEY ARE PRETTY MUCH UGGYYUK! YOU MIGHT GET THE SAME RESULTS BY WRAPPING YOUR FEET IN SARAN WRAP!.

With a threat of getting my attorney involved by copying my attorney on the last email I sent to Bambosa at the end of July, my parents were finely credited for the purchase of these socks. I'm sure they checked out my attorney's email address. There are still unhappy customers waiting for their refund.

Ordered a package for my father in May via internet. In June I started contacting them asking where my order was. I sent 2 emails and never received an answer on either one. I called and was told I would be called back when the person who handles internet orders returns. ??? I was never called back. I called again and spoke to someone who told me my order was in a folder because they needed to talk to me. Ya think? She said they needed a size. Really? I gave them the size of the knee brace, which they had to begin with, and was told my order would ship immediately. It didn't. My parents got a phone call looking for me?? OMG, they had my phone number, my email address, and got my mother all confused by calling her. I returned this call to let them know I wanted to cancel the order. I spoke to the infamous Brandy. Queen of customer service. Rather than canceling the order, she had the order packed and sent out. It was packed incorrectly!!!! I called again today and actually got to talk to her again. Told her I wanted a refund although by reading everyone's complaints here, that won't come any time soon. I'm now wondering if I'll get the call tag. I made a complaint the the NJ BB Bureau. Terrible company and people.

Alternative: Incredisocks on Amazon.com for $13.50

This company is a rip off. The same technology exists in much less expensive socks, such as Incredisocks available on Amazon.com for $13.50/pair. If you call the phone number from an ad in a local paper like I did, there is a high pressure salesperson who tries every sales trick in the book to get you to buy these socks for $39.95 a pair. For example, when I shared that I had only called for the price and still had research to do, I was told that this was a one time deal that would only last until the end of the day. Or you have the option to buy three pairs for $119.90, which comes with two free pair. However, you still have to pay shipping (which they say takes two weeks). Therefore, even with buy three, get two free deal, you are still paying in excess of $25/pr. Therefore, if you are interested in taking advantage of socks that use the technology of bamboo charcoal and germanium, you might want to shop elsewhere as this company is, in my opinion, a total rip off.

Customer service does not answer the phone, all messages go unanswered

I purchased a pair of Bambusa socks buy one get one free. The ordering process was terrible, with the company attempting to get the customer to buy more than what you want by repeated harassing sale pitches. When I received my merchandise it was in the wrong color. I have been attempting to reach Bambusa's customer service since Nov 22 to get an authorization number ( you need an authorization number to make an exchange or make returns) but no one ever seems to answer the phone, calls are transferred to an answering machine where you are told to leave a message and promised that someone will promptly return your call, which no one ever does, emails also go unanswered as well. Customer Beware!

I returned an order of socks to Bambusa and it was received by them on 05/23/14 @ 8:54 AM. I am looking for a $129.85 refund, as guaranteed, and have not received anything. I have called their customer service and credit department at least four times and each time I was told someone in the Credit department would get back to me and let me know what happened and where the refund is? The name is Raymond A. Byrnes 4 Plum Tree Lane Coventry, RI 02816. I do not know what is going on, unless it is a scam? I still have the newspaper article about these wonderful socks that I originally bought to help my wife with Neuropathy. Please help!

Fantastic Socks!

I ordered my socks on August 1st & they arrived on August 6th, 2014. At first I was a sceptic but NO MORE. They socks are fantastic! They do exactly what their ad says they do; let your feet breathe. I have neuropathy in my legs and circulatory problems in my feet and after wearing these socks for just a few hours, I felt total relief from the coldness I felt in my feet. I have searched all over for a pair of socks such as these and am so happy that I just so happened to pick up a USA Today Newspaper while on vacation and called this wonderful company. If you are interested in trying these socks; then go ahead and place an order online or via the phone, I am positive you won't be disappointed.

I ordered socks from BanBusa , was charged $9.95 twice for postage

After phone conversation with sales employee, I ordered socks from BamBusa and was told they would charge me $9.95 extra for Canadian Delivery. I agreed to this but when I received the package, I was charged twice for this delivery. Tried to phone them and could not get through. Sent two emails and finally got a response. Could not get the girl to understand that I was charged two times for delivery to Canad. She said she would check with her manager. Never heard from her again. Cannot get and email address to send them another complaint. The same applies to phone calls. They put you on hold and then disconnect. This is a warnig to all Canadians, do not shop from this companyl

Sent socks back, haven't received refund in 3 weeks

I ordered the Bambusa socks on 9/12/13 and received them on 9/16/13. The socks did not do what they claimed so I called to get an RMA # so that I could return the ones I did not open for a refund. After a period of time , them trying to convince me to wear them for another week, I finally got the RMA. I mailed them back (at my expense) and according to the tracking # they received them on 10/10/13. I called them on 10/24/13 checking on my refund and was told that it took 2 weeks (which was the time between they received them and the date I called) and I was told that I could receive the refund in a couple of days and that she would call me as soon as it was posted to my account. To this date I haven't received a phone call or my refund. Buyers beware of this company as their products do not do what they say they will and then they want to keep your money. They charged me $9.95 to ship and it cost me $5.00 to return.

Haven't got my refund!!

On 8-13-2013- I got my bambusa package. I was to return everything except the socks that did nothing! I called in a few weeks and wanted to return the package early but Chrissy said to keep trying them for at least 6 days straight. They still did nothing. She called me with a follow-up to see if I still wanted to return them and again I told her yes! She gave me all the information to put on the return and sent them before the 30 day trial. I called a about 3 weeks later and she said that she had not got them yet! I kept about every couple of weeks calling and still they must not have been here for 2 weeks yet!! The last time I called her she sounded irritated with me and assured me that when they got in she would let me know! That was in October. Now it is November 3 2013 No call no refund!

BAMBUZZULED BY BAM BUSA

May 21 / 2013 i purchased 4 pair of there socks. i made it known to the person i was speaking with ( chrissy ) that i had diabetes,she said they were great for that ,and that i would be very pleased with the results,well the money came right out of my account plus tax. it took 3weeks to get here then i had to pay another $21.00 tax,it took about less than 2days to realize they werent working as thet totally cut my circulation off. i called and wanted to cancel my order (30DAYS),SHE TALKED ME INTO TRYING TO RESIZE THEM BY PUTTING THEM OVER A MASON JAR WEN THEY WERE WET. TRIED IT ,TO NO AVAIL ,CALLED BACK SHE THEN TOLD ME TO snip DOWN THE SIDES,SO TRIED THAT,still no luck,called her back and informed her that this not only did not work but looked bad ,her responce was to tell me to put ANOTHER PAIR of ordinary socks over them to hide the cuts then hung up. i thought we had been dis connected so i called bacl thenext day and talked to LISA who exsplained how to send them back. sent them back on JULY 1-2013 tracking #said they arrived on JULY05 -2013.ALL IGET IS STORIES WEN I CALL TO SEE WEN THEY R SENDING ME THE MONEY MIUS THE TAX PLUS IT COST ME ANOTHER $14.00 TO SEND THEM BACK.TO DATE I STILL HAVENT GOT MY MONEY AND WEN I CALL THERE NUMBER I GET A FAX MACHINE SOUND,GUESS THEY FIGURE SINCE I,M A Canadian ,THERE ISN,T MUCH I CAN DO, THEY ARE SO WRONG; I HAVE 3 RELATIVES IN ADVERTISING AND MARKETING who will advise me how to SPLATTER there lies (i recorded ALL CONVERSATIONS )IN THE u.s.a an CANADA. My husband is having good results from his Bambusa socks. If any of you who were not as fortunate as he would like to send us your socks, we would make you a good offer. We like many of you are on a limited income and can not really afford the socks, but would like to get some more for him, so if anyone has these socks that would like to get rid of them please let me know.

Misleading advertisement-horrible customer service

I'm battling for my 83 year old mom for a refund of product she did not order (knowingly). Brandy & Chrissy (customer service)were anything but helpful & after a very frustrating series of phone calls I have decided to contact the Better Business Bureau and place a formal complaint. A shame that anyone should deal with such *** artists - don't buy their scam! Despite my attempts to resolve in a professional manner, it is clear this business is NOT professional & these people have no business, doing business - especially not with elderly seniors who are unaware of *** artists & scams.
